A Smarter, More Cost-Effective Way to Check Your Roof
Get a clear look at your roof with high quality aerial photos and video. Our drone-based roof inspection provides helpful visual information you can use yourself or share with a qualified roofer, chimney specialist or insurance provider. It’s also often a far more cost-effective way to capture roof imagery than using ladders, manual access or scaffolding.
✅ CAA registered & Fully Insured
✅ No Ladders, Access Equipment or Scaffolding
✅ Serving Essex & Surrounding Areas
Roofs are difficult to inspect from the ground. Whether you’re worried about a leak, have spotted something unusual, or simply want reassurance, a drone is the safest way to see what’s going on without ladders or scaffolding.
Our service helps you see:
-
Tiles, slates and ridge lines clearly
-
Chimney stacks, flashing and leadwork
-
Gutters, valleys and junctions
-
Hard-to-reach areas that would normally require height access
-
Areas a roofer may want to review before quoting or attending
We do not diagnose roof issues or provide structural assessments.
We simply give you clear visuals so you can understand what needs attention.

📸 Example Roof Imagery
Here are examples of the type of visuals we capture. These views make it easier to understand what’s happening on the roof and to explain everything clearly to a professional.
💻Optional Live Video View of Inspection
For customers who want to see exactly what the drone is capturing during their roof inspection, we offer an optional live monitoring setup. This allows you to watch the inspection in real time on a large, bright external screen while standing safely on the ground. You can clearly see every part of the roof as the drone works its way across tiles, chimneys, gutters and problem areas, giving you a detailed understanding of the roof condition as it happens.
This live feed can be particularly useful if you are investigating a specific issue such as slipped tiles, moss build-up, damaged flashing, blocked valleys, guttering problems or storm-related damage. You can follow the drone’s path, ask us to pause on any areas of interest and make sure nothing is missed before we complete the survey.
It’s not mandatory, but it’s a helpful optional extra for homeowners, surveyors, roofers and builders who prefer to see the roof up close during the inspection and want full visibility of what the drone is capturing. It adds confidence, clarity and an extra level of reassurance to your roof survey.

❓Frequently Asked Questions
Can you tell me exactly what is wrong with the roof?
We provide visuals only. A professional will advise on repairs.
Do insurers accept drone photos?
Most insurers are happy to receive clear photographic evidence, and you can usually claim the cost if the survey is deemed necessary and part of the claims process. Files are easy to download and share.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If we can access the outside safely, the imagery can usually be taken without entering the property.
Can you fly in windy weather?
We only fly when conditions are safe. Wind can affect drone stability, so we always check the forecast, assess site conditions and monitor weather on the day. If it’s too windy, we’ll simply wait for a safer window and keep you updated.
